Bought this item to try out a blue tooth head set, I have never really found a blue tooth ear unit that was comfortable to me hate having some thing stuck in my ear all day, for the price it works great is it full of features no but it works, to me the sound quality on receiving calls is good the volume is ample especially with the ear pad sealed to your ear it keeps out external noise, with the Mpow she says it sounds great like im in the room with her so go figure spend a lot and the most important thing voice quality is lacking buy a inexpensive one and sounds great

I purchased this one and after powering it up and making my first call they thought I was talking on the regular phone, no distortion and the sound is great, waste money and time if you want to but if not purchase and be satisfied finally with a great product, for the Manufacturer never stop improving - this is a great product but you know competition is coming - it is just a matter of time

This is my first Bluetooth headset, I was a little skittish about buying a Bluetooth that would not work in a trucking environment, all of my fellow drivers said to go with a bigger name brand headset ... I am glad I went the other way, has clear sounding ear speaker, and everyone I speak to says they could not tell I was on a Bluetooth ... they thought I was speaking into my actual phone

The headset is comfortable, the voice quality was good, it was able to pick up the sound fine with that distance but it would be better if it could flex a bit to come close to the mouth, I had to move the other end almost to the back of the head to try to cover my ear completely but that still wasn't enough and it make the headset uncomfortable

It's the best headset I have ever owned, I was quite shocked at the sound quality, the sound is really crisp and clear, and has a very manageable volume, it fits snug on your head and the over ear cousion is very comfortable, and makes it easy to put to your left or right ear, I have own many other Bluetooth headsets with many other functions

I've searched high and low for the perfect bluetooth to use while driving, I have small ear canals so `` in ear'' type headphones or ear pieces don't actually fit in my ear, I even tried a wired headset that didn't get loud enough to hear over the road noise

The mute button is weird but using the phone mute button isn't as annoying as I imagined, the charging indicator light is very straightforward despite other reviews I read, great headset for the price

I preferred this headset over a compact Bluetooth because it helps my coworkers and customers to realize that I'm on the phone and not talking to them this headset is visible on both sides of the head

While not the most top quality sound, this unit is great little workhorse, has a good battery life and gives really nice sound both through the earphones and the mouthpiece mic
